Passenger who do not report on time will be termed as "Not Report" passenger and not entitled for any refund of the ticket
No refund of fares paid will be made on any account except when the trip is cancelled by the management
The company shall not be responsible for any loss theft of goods or properties and at the time of accident.

Pets and Animals not allowed inside the bus while Journey
For children above 5 year full ticket compulsory,With out ticket children will not be allowed to board the bus
The company is not responsible for the delay caused en route the bus due to unavoidable circumstance like traffic jams etc.
The company has right to shift/move the ladies seat to adjacent to another ladies seat and providing window seat is not Guaranteed.
Any passenger disturbing or misbehaving with the co passenger is liable to be alighted from the coach.
Passengers are allowed to carry maximum 2 hand bags within 25kgs. Above than this will be charged. (Company decision is final)
Within 8 hours from main station departure time there is no Pre/Postpone and Open ticket. In case of Open, Pre/Postpone, a cash coupon of full amount (Which is not refundable) having validity of 23 days will be sent on customers e-mail id. You can use this cash coupon only once within 23 days to do any further bookings. Difference Amount will not be refunded, in case of Pre/ Post/ Open ticket cases. No cancellation/refund is allowed for tickets booked using pre/postponed or open ticket coupon.

Less than 9 hours from the station departure time 100% Cancellation Charges
Between 9 Hrs to 24 Hrs from the station departure time 50% Cancellation Charges
Between 1 to 3 days before station departure time 30% Cancellation Charges
Between 3 to 30 days before station departure time 20% Cancellation Charges
